Renault has updated its operational situation in Busan, South Korea, noting the plant will close for four days: 4 May and from 6 May – 8 May.
Renault Samsung Motors will shutter on those dates due to the current status of the supply chain.
The supplier situation and the countries from which Renault imports the parts is changing every day and the manufacturer adds it cannot finalise the schedule at an early date.
Renault has updated its overall operational capability as it looks to gradually resume production at its many European, North African, South American and Asian plants.
Last week, the producer said it had three plants which have restarted in France with a minimum of effective people, because it wanted “to be sure sanitation measures are taken.”
