Porsche to sell Bugatti Rimac stakes to HOF consortium

As part of the deal, Porsche will dispose of its 45% interest in Bugatti Rimac, the joint venture createdwith Rimac Group in 2021, as well as its 20.6% stake in Rimac Group.
