MindArrow Systems, a provider of interactive sales and marketing automation solutions, today announced the results of the first of three eBrochure® campaigns conducted for Nissan North America. The interactive, multimedia eBrochure was sent to members of the University of Georgia (UGA) Alumni Association by Nissan as part of a regional promotion that also contained a direct mail component. This integrated cross-promotional effort helped dealers in the automotive manufacturer’s Atlanta zone increase sales volume by 34% in April compared to the prior year period.

The eBrochure was delivered via email to members of the UGA Alumni Association residing in the Atlanta area. In addition to a 30-second full-motion video featuring Nissan’s line of cars and trucks, the eBrochure also offered UGA graduates a cash rebate plus a donation from Nissan to the UGA Alumni Association on the purchase or lease of a new vehicle. By clicking on an interactive link on the eBrochure, recipients could access a printable coupon to present at the dealership.

eBrochures are the latest example of how Nissan is embracing innovative technologies to reach the millions of automobile purchasers who now use the Internet to obtain information. MindArrow is currently developing two additional eBrochure campaigns for Nissan that are scheduled to launch regionally during the traditional summer selling season.

“As this campaign demonstrates, the highly targeted and dynamic nature of an eBrochure is an ideal way to drive automotive sales,” said Tom Blakeley, CEO of MindArrow Systems. “We look forward to helping Nissan leverage the Internet to deliver information to consumers in new and exciting ways through our joint efforts in the near future.”
