General Motors has announced full details of this week’s worst-kept secret first reported a couple of days ago by the Detroit News: it is to extend its so-called “zero-zero-zero” incentive offer, which was due to expire yesterday.
From today to January 2, 2003, GM will contiue offering no monthly payments for 90 days, no down payment and 0% financing rates to qualified buyers of most new 2003 and remaining 2002 model Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saturn, and Saab cars and trucks.
As before, 2002 and 2003 Hummer models are excluded.
The programme also offers $US2,000 cashback or 0.0/2.9/3.9% APR finance rates to qualified buyers on most 2003 GM models, excluding Saturn and Hummer though Saturn has introduced its own set of financing and leasing deals.
An additional $1,000 is available toward the purchase or lease of certain 2003 GM midsize passenger cars and minivans.
