Johnson Controls has announced new roles for two of its Interior Experience executives, effective immediately.


Beda-Helmut Bolzenius, 50, has been appointed Johnson Controls’ vice president and president, Interior Experience.  In his new post he will lead the company’s global business serving the automotive interiors industry. Bolzenius previously had responsibility for the company’s automotive interiors business in Europe.  He joined Johnson Controls in 2004, following an 18-year career with Robert Bosch, where he served in a variety of senior management positions. Bolzenius will report to Keith Wandell, president and chief operating officer of Johnson Controls.


Johannes Roters, 49, has been appointed vice president and general manager for Interior Experience, Europe and will assume Bolzenius’ prior responsibilities. Roters previously served as the company’s vice president and general manager of operations, program management and best practices for Europe. He joined Johnson Controls in 1989 and will report to Bolzenius.
