Enterex International, a Taiwan auto parts manufacturer, has applied to list its shares on the local stock exchange this year.
Enterex is a major manufacturer of automotive cooling systems such as radiators, evaporators and condensers for the global aftermarket with manufacturing facilities in Yangzhou, mainland China. The holding company is currently registered in the Cayman Islands.
Enterex generated a turnover of TW$E4.31bn (US$143m) last year, 88% in North America where it has an R&D centre.
It hopes to raise close to US$15m from the IPO to use as working capital mainly to help it increase its sales in mainland China and expand into new product segments.
