NEVS has issued a short media statement announcing that it has left court administration.
The firm notes the District Court of Vänersborg has today, 15 April, 2015 decided that the reorganisation of NEVS shall cease. This is due to the purpose of the reorganisation having been fulfilled.

NEVS entered a reorganisation on 29 August, 2014 for a period of three months. This was subsequently extended for a further three months on two occasions; namely 11 December, 2014 and 11 March, 2015.
On March 23, 2015 the District Court of Vänersborg approved the composition proposal by NEVS after a vote where fully 98.2% of the creditors representing 98.6% of the total debt were in favour of the composition. The District Court’s approval of the composition became legally valid on 14 April, 2015.
