Saab has won its appeal to enter bankruptcy protection with a majority verdict from Gothenburg’s Court of Appeal.
The verdict – a 3-1 majority a Gothenburg Court official told just-auto – noted grounds for a successful reorganisation were justified and that requirements to start restructuring of Saab Automobile, Saab Powertrain and Saab Tools had been met.
