The world’s biggest maker of air bags and seat belts, Autoliv, has increased its stake in its Chinese joint venture NHA.
According to Reuters, the Swedish firm said it had raised its stake in seatbelt maker Nanjing Honggouang-Autoliv Safety Systems to 70% from 50% but did not give a value for the transaction.
NHA has annual sales of $US50m.
