Workers at Volkswagen’s Landaben plant in Navarre, Spain, were expected to start a series of four 24-hour stoppages on Wednesday.

The other strikes will hit on March 23, 28 and 30th according to Reuters. If the current dispute against cost cuts is not resolved an indefinite strike could begin on April 23.

Volkswagen is seeking more flexibility from its workforce and cost cuts in return for a wage increase 0.5% above inflation.
