The arbitration court for Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region will consider on 6 July three lawsuits against GAZ Group from its suppliers over the group’s debts worth a total of 504.9m rubles, a court spokesman told Prime-Tass.
The court will consider a 43.7m ruble lawsuit filed by Volgograd-based steel manufacturer Red October, a 59.2m ruble suit filed by Belarus-based agricultural machinery manufacturer Belshina, and a 402m ruble claim filed by a Sverdlovsk region-based metallurgical plant.
At present, the court is considering over 10 lawsuits against the automaker over its debts.
