Fiat Chrysler intends to improve its Tychy facility located in southern Poland with an investment of PLN2.36bn (US$784m), Reuters reported citing Polish Puls Biznesu daily. The automaker is also intending to initiate the manufacturing of the B-class car in this facility.

The newspaper stated citing Fiat press office in Poland that the intended investment will include new technology purchases, upgrading production lines and would be made by 2017 end, Reuters reported.

With this, the automaker will create 420 new jobs. Around 96% of the manufactured goods would be exported in regions including North America.
