is thinking of developing a low-cost, sport-utility vehicle for much of the global
market, including Latin America and Asia, Kyodo News reported, citing Toyota executives.

The company also plans a compact car equipped with a small diesel engine of
one-litre or more for the Southeast Asian market, Kyodo News said.
