The centre is scheduled for completion in December 2006 as Takata’s core R&D base in Europe which will control the company’s R&D activities in Ulm, Berlin and Aschaffenburg.
It will have a staff of 100 and will be operated by Takata-Petri AG, a consolidated subsidiary of Takata in Aschaffenburg, southern Germany.
