Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne does not presently see the need to de-list farm equipment maker CNH, Reuters reported, citing the Wednesday edition of Italian paper Il Giornale.

“Currently, we do not have such a need,” Marchionne reportedly said in an interview, adding that Fiat had no plan to sell either CNH or truck unit Iveco.
