Schaeffler GmbH’s transformation into a stock corporation – Schaeffler AG – announced by the supervisory board in September – became effective with the entry in the Commercial Register on 13 October.
As well as the entire operational business of the Schaeffler Group, all the operational holdings companies affiliated to the Group and the Group’s real estate are bundled in Schaeffler AG.
