Saint-Gobain says it has finalised the acquisition of LS Kunststofftechnologie, a German manufacturer of polymer components for the automotive, medical and industrial markets.
Created in 1985, LS Kunststofftechnologie is headquartered in Wertheim near Frankfurt.
It has two production sites, one in Wertheim and the other in Neuhaus near Erfurt and has more than 200 employees.
LS designs, tools and processes high-temperature polymers.
