Germany’s VDA automotive industry association would not rule out the possibility of a decline in January car sales in Germany compared with the same month last year, VDA president Bernd Gottschalk told Reuters on Thursday.

“Last January really wasn’t pretty, but I cannot exclude that this January could be even weaker,” Gottschalk reportedly said at a press conference.
