Quebec has awarded a contract for 731 buses to Volvo Trucks, the Swedish truck and bus manufacturer said today (17 July).
A statement from the company said that the vehicles would be delivered to nine transport authorities in the Canadian province between 2008 and 2012.
The order for low floor system buses is valued at 2 billion Swedish crowns (US$275.4 million).
