As Western Europe stagnates, the new EU members from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) have contributed what little growth there is in the 2007 European car market. In this month's briefing we include sales data for the top ten brands and models in CEE up to September this year, along with CEE car production forecasts though to 2013.
