Land Rover North America, Inc. posted October 2000 sales of 2,259 units, the second strongest October in company history. Discovery Series II sales of 1,750 units marked the second-best October ever for the Discovery model. Year-to-date 2000 sales are tracking slightly behind the record year of 1999.
