Located 25 miles southeast of Memphis, the new CDC employs 250 people. The facility is based near major transportation hubs and infrastructure thus improving delivery performance and efficiency for dealers and customers.

Christer Svärd, senior vice president of group logistics services, said: “The CDC will enable us to more efficiently handle an increased volume of parts distribution while also significantly improving customer service.”

The building was positioned to maximise natural light throughout the day and reduce energy consumption. Energy usage is also reduced minimal through the use of innovative materials, LED lighting and comprehensive automation. Built in just over six months, the facility is fully operational.
