Following negative feedback from customers, Infiniti is reportedly planning to fit its G37’s hydraulic power steering rack to the new Q50 range, The Motor Report said, citing Car & Driver.
Infiniti product boss Keith St Clair said: “Some members of the enthusiast community, including the media, suggested the car could benefit with enhanced steering feel, as in more engagement, similar to the former G Sedan Sport.”

The 2016 Q50 models are expected to receive the revised system but only Q50S versions, without the direct active steer system, sold in the US are expected to receive the update.
