International Automotive Components (IAC) Group has named Robert ‘Steve’ Miller as president, chief executive officer (CEO) and director, effective 7 August.

He replaces James Kamsickas who departs on 6 August for Dana.

He was chairman and CEO of Bethlehem Steel from 2001 to 2003 and chairman and CEO of Delphi from 2005 until 2006. He was also executive chairman from January 2007 until Delphi’s Chapter 11 emergence in 2009.
