Honda (UK) has been voted best volume manufacturer in the Lloyds TSB autolease ServiceTrak Awards, which measure excellence in corporate aftersales service and accident repair.
About 2,600 corporate customers gave feedback on key aspects of service delivered by suppliers and manufacturers.
Joe Bhamra, manager for ServiceTrak at Lloyds TSB autolease said: “Honda (UK) has demonstrated its ability to deliver excellent service and share similar ‘care values’. We take the service delivered to our customers very seriously, so it is important to identify and recognise manufacturers and suppliers who meet and exceed our expectations.”
Brian Jameson, corporate aftersales manager for Honda (UK) said: “We have a strong service maintenance repair programme and this award shows how our dealers have taken retail experience and used this in the fleet market to benefit the corporate customer. It also endorses findings of this year’s JD Power Survey where Honda was top in the ‘first time fix’ category and second overall.”
Lloyds TSB autolease ServiceTrak measured the quality of service to customers after vehicles were serviced or repaired and gathered feedback on the service quality and communication provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
