Two Coventry built TX4 London taxis have arrived in China for the Shanghai motor show which opens on 20 April.

The taxis will be making their Chinese public debut at the show ahead of production starting there next year.
Manganese Bronze Holdings, parent company of taxi maker LTI Vehicles, recently signed a GBP53m joint venture contract with Geely, allowing the Chinese car maker to build 20,000 London taxis a year for their Far Eastern markets.
LTI Vehicles will continue to make and sell their taxis in the UK as well as supplying Chinese built versions to current and emerging markets.
Under the new joint venture agreement, Geely will also produce a TX4 taxi-based limousine and two sedan models for LTI Vehicles to sell in the UK, increasing its domestic range.
