The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has drawn up plans to lend Russia’s largest vehicle glass manufacturer $US25 million.
Bor Glass Works, near Nizhny Novgorod, is to spend the money on improving its vehicle and flat glass production and repairing a furnace.
The World Bank’s International Finance Corporation is planning to make a similar-sized loan to fund the same projects.
