Rimac Automobili has announced a deal with Ionity for owners to access what is claimed to be Europe’s largest high power charging (HPC) network.

The tie-up will give Nevera ‘hypercar’ owners eight years of free, unlimited charging in 24 countries.

Group founder Mate Rimac said in a statement: “Ionity’s HPC technology guarantees a fast and reliable charging experience across Europe, ensuring pit stops are as short and effortless as possible.”

The European charging network includes 500 highway stations to enable more convenient long distance EV travel.

The network is open to all brands and is being expanded with new locations, additional charge points, solar roofs, and adjacent convenience services.

Ionity will also install an HPC charging station at Rimac’s HQ in Zagreb, Croatia, currently under construction.
