Nissan India has opened a regional parts distribution centre at Luhari in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The facility, of 97,500 sq ft and will employ 57 people, will bring down the delivery lead time of parts to customers by up to nine days.
Additionally, company dealerships in north India will benefit from reduced lead times in the form of less space required for parts storage and reduced working capital.
The company has also introduced a multi-depot software system.
