Citing a press release, the Business Standard newspaper said Mahindra Renault had received 25,000 inquiries so far in 27 phase 1 dealerships, given 12,000 test drives, and booked 3,000 more in 11 cities.
Rajesh Jejurikar, managing director, Mahindra Renault said in the statement: “The Logan has evinced phenomenal response since its launch as evident from the bookings. Our dealers [have] had to deal with over 25,000 inquiries so far. This is very significant considering that the Logan has been launched in only 40% of the markets.”
