Force Motors will be entitled to compensation of EUR8m when it cuts short a licensing deal with ZF Friedrichshafen AG, according to reports.

According to Reuters, the Indian company has agreed to reduce the terms of the deal with the German group, under which Force has been making gear boxes in India.
