Honda Motor is recalling about 1.2m vehicles in the United States due to an issue with the rearview camera image which may not appear on the display, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reportedly said on Friday.
A Reuters report gave no further details.
Such defects and similar have become more common in recent NHTSA recall notices seen by Just Auto and are often fixed by software updates either at a dealer or, increasingly, by an over the air update.
