Faurecia and NHK Spring plan to open joint units in China and the US to supply Nissan Motor with seats.
Dow Jones noted that, in 2011, FNK, the Faurecia-NHK joint venture, reported sales exceeding EUR600m while the EUR1bn mark is expected to be reached in 2015.
