Faurecia has appointed Nolwenn Delaunay as executive vice-president, General Counsel in charge of the Legal Department, the Compliance and Risk Department and the Secretariat of the board, effective 1 July.

As such, she joins the Group’s executive committee.

Delaunay started her career in 2002 at Simmons & Simmons as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She moved on to the Airbus Group in 2007 as head of project finance and innovative contracts within the Group Legal Department, before joining Faurecia in 2015 as Group general counsel.

Nolwenn Delaunay, born in 1976, is a graduate of HEC, Sciences Po Strasbourg and Université Paris Panthéon Assas.

“I am delighted Nolwenn joins Faurecia’s executive committee,” said Faurecia CEO, Patrick Koller.

“In a world of growing complexity, it is essential to have an extended legal function at the core of our decision-making bodies and the Group’s strategy.”
