Faurecia has announced an investment in the US startup Promethient, reinforcing the group’s ecosystem dedicated to thermal management technologies for future mobility solutions’.
Based in Traverse City, Michigan, Promethient designs and produces Thermavance, a climate control technology that is adaptable for multiple vehicle thermal use cases. Thermavance heats and cools through conductive heat transfer, offering significantly higher efficiency than current convective technology.
