Henniges Automotive says it has formed an alliance with Anhui Tuosheng Auto-Parts (ATA), a supplier based in Guangde, Anhui Province, China.
Through the partnership, Henniges Automotive and ATA will share a technical and manufacturing alliance to support the anti-vibration needs of an unnamed customer.
ATA serves as a major supplier of rubber dampening and other rubber products that reduce vibration.
The company also provides material preparation, product assembly and testing for efficiency and durability to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.
"This strategic alliance with ATA is one of many new global initiatives for Henniges Automotive, allowing us to better support key customers in emerging markets around the world," said Henniges global director for anti-vibration, Christian Lempfer.
"Our expertise in global product adaptation has contributed to our company's long history of designing and manufacturing anti-vibration solutions that continue to keep vehicles quiet."
