Toyota Australia has extended fixed-price servicing to its new Corolla (Auris) line.
Under the so-called Toyota Advantage Service Plan customers will pay $A120 ($US102; GBP51) for standard scheduled services at authorised service centres.
“The advantage plan is an extra feature benefit which gives customers clarity on the total costs they will pay under the Corolla warranty period for standard scheduled servicing, any potential exclusions that may apply and the knowledge that there are no hidden costs involved,” Toyota said.
The offer is available for up to the first six services within the first three years or 60,000 kilometres (about 35,000 miles), whichever occurs first. The Corolla’s recommended service intervals are 10,000km (6,000 miles).
Similar service plans were also introduced for the Aurion (Camry V6) and Camry in 2006.
