US dealer group Asbury Automotive has closed the sale of its International, Hino, Isuzu, UD, IC Bus and Workhorse franchises to Rush Truck Centers of Georgia, a subsidiary of Rush Enterprises.

Asbury also announced the close of the sale of its Peterbilt franchise, which includes a dealership in Kennesaw, Georgia, to Peterbilt Motors Company, a subsidiary of PACCAR.

“With the closing of these two transactions, Asbury has fully exited all of its heavy truck operations,” the company said in a statement.
