Top five auto companies in the UK’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 58.62% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the UK’s auto industry during June 2022 over May 2022.

Motorpoint posted 59 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a rise of 126.92% over the previous month, followed by Tata Motors with 47 jobs and a 21.67% drop. Motorpoint Group with 18 IT jobs and Robert Bosch with 10 jobs, recorded a 1700% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Vertu Motors recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during June 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.73%, up by 43.16% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 17.11% share, registered an increase of 23.08% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.16% share, up 46.15% over May 2022.
