Top five auto companies in Romania’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 421.05% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Romania’s auto industry during June 2022 over May 2022.

Continental posted 133 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a rise of 786.67% over the previous month, followed by Faurecia with 19 jobs and a 35.71% growth. Robert Bosch with 18 IT jobs and Ningbo Joyson Electronic with 17 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while ZF Friedrichshafen recorded an increase of 22.22% with 11 job postings during June 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.07%, up by 15.45% from May 2022. Entry Level positions with a 34.88% share, registered an increase of 150% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.05% share, up 85.71% over May 2022.
