The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 15.37% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

IT jobs claimed an 11.16% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.21% growth over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Porsche Automobil Holding, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 46.32% in November 2022, and a 60.36% drop over October 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 22.11% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 44.74%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 14.74% in November 2022, a 44% drop from October 2022.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 57.89% share, which marked a 66.05% drop over the previous month.

North America stood next with 37.89%, registering a 63.64% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 3.16% share and a 66.67% drop over October 2022.

In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.05% and a month-on-month flat growth.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 42.11% share in November 2022, a 61.17% decline over October 2022. US featured next with a 37.89% share, up 63.64% over the previous month. Romania recorded a 10.53% share, a decline of 41.18% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 48.42%, down by 69.54% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 41.05% share, a growth of 11.43% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.53% share, down 28.57% over October 2022.
