Notably, robotics was one of the most frequently referenced themes in Q3 2023, ranking highest in terms of mentions, ahead of regtech and esports, according to GlobalData.

Of the top leading companies in the automotive industry, Mahindra & Mahindra had the greatest increase in references for robotics in Q3 2023, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified three robotics-related sentences in the company's filings - 0.3% of all sentences - and a decrease of 40% in Q3 2023 compared with Q3 2022. PACCAR’s mentions of robotics rose by 200% to 3 and Tesla’s by 40% to 3 and Ford Otomotiv Sanayi’s by 75% to 2 and General Motors’s by 75% to 1.
