Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations, which accounted for 15% of the total new job postings in Q2 2024 and were down by 66% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 14% and drop by 34% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 78% of the new job postings and 58% lower year-on-year.
Top five companies in auto industry accounted for 56% of hiring activity
The highest number of jobs were posted by Autosports Group with 264, followed by Robert Bosch with 96, while the highest increase was at Crown Equipment at 31%.
