Nissan Motor said its Japanese supplier of airbag systems, Takata Corporation, is expected to meet all the costs relating to its massive car recall last month.

Nissan’s corporate vice-president Joji Tagawa, speaking at the carmaker’s latest quarterly bumper profits announcement, said he expects Takata to refund all costs relating to the June recall of around 755,000 Nissan vehicles due to defective airbags.
