Tthe event - with 35 auto-makers across China present - will have more than 1,200 vehicles on display from 150 brands, including the Alto and the Chang`an.

A manager of the Shanghai Automobile Industry says that Xinjiang has potential
in automobiles sales as highway facilities are improving and local residents
have stronger purchasing power.
