Kia Motors said sales so far this year have exceeded 2m vehicles for the first time.
The company had sold about 2.005m units as of Tuesday and the full-year figure would top 2.1m, it told the Korea Herald.
Since its sales figure broke the 1m mark in 2004, it has recorded an average annual growth rate of over 12%, a lot higher than the global average of 1.9%, it added.
