MEXICO: Nissan Mexicana in record-high Sept. sales
Japanese owned auto-maker Nissan Mexicana registered record-high Mexican sales - for the month of September - totalling 14,694 units, with August sales reaching 15,462, says El Financiero/Infolatina (17/10/00). According to local reports, accumulated sales for January-September 2000 were 121,289 units, accounting for 20.5 per cent of total new vehicle sales for this period within Mexico.
