Polestar has announced the start of production of the 4.
The first car off the assembly line was also the first Polestar to be manufactured at Geely Holding's Hangzhou Bay factory.
First deliveries to Chinese customers are expected before the end of 2023.
Earlier, Geely Group and Renault Korea Motors (RKM) reached an agreement for Polestar 4 production in Busan for North America and South Korea.
The model was first launched at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2023.
