US-based electric mobility start-up Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FF) has privately unveiled the  FX Super One EAI multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).

The launch event showcased this “world's first” FF Super EAI F.A.C.E. (front AI communication ecosystem) system, and the FF EAI Embodied Intelligence AI Agent 6x4 architecture.

The first FX Super One is set to begin production at the company's Hanford facility with a target date by this year’s end.

The public-facing launch of FX Super One EAI MPV is set for 17 July in Los Angeles, US, where it will initiate the B2C paid pre-order campaign, inviting early adopters to place their orders.

The FX Super One is designed as an “affordable mass-market EAI-MPV”, with a prime focus on passenger comfort, encompassing various features.

The vehicle will be available with two powertrain options: battery electric and AI hybrid extended range (AIHER).

The Super EAI F.A.C.E. system, which is a component of the FF EAI system, is set to transform the conventional static appearance of front grills.

In a press release, FF said it has received 4,000 business-to-business (B2B) deposits for the FX Super One, spanning across partners, rental car firms, real estate brokerages, and live commerce MCN agencies.

In May, FF announced securing its first B2B pre-order for the FX Super One MPV. This deal includes a non-refundable deposit for 1,000 units.

JC Auto, a New York City-based dealership, has committed to a $100,000 non-refundable deposit, which will go towards the purchase of FX vehicles.
