p>Visteon Corporation on Friday announced new or expanded responsibilities for four of its top financial executives.
Phil Pfefferle, previously vice president and controller, is appointed vice president, finance process improvement and general auditor. He will lead all finance process improvement initiatives, including the oversight of Visteon’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Pfefferle has worked at Visteon since October 1997. Prior to that he held a variety of controller positions at Ford.
Mary Winston, previously vice president and treasurer, is appointed vice president and controller. She will be responsible for supporting Visteon’s operating groups in North America and Asia. Winston came to Visteon in 2002 from Pfizer Inc. where she served in several senior financial management positions.
Peter Look, who has been vice president, tax, assumes the additional role of treasurer. Look joined Visteon in 2000 from Ford, where he was president of the consumer e-business group.
Glenda Minor, previously general auditor, is appointed vice president, corporate and international finance. She will be responsible for corporate finance, corporate staff analysis and corporate accounting, as well as supporting Visteon’s operating groups in Europe and South America. Minor joined Visteon in 2000 from DaimlerChrysler where she held various finance and accounting positions.
